Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Greets patients and checks-in patients, verifies and updates necessary information in the electronic medical record database, performs all registration functions and collects copays and balances due as appropriate Assists patients with ambulatory difficulties, or other needs, as appropriate Is custom service oriented Maintains computerized medical records as records are received from outside sources whether electronic or paper copy records.
Close attention to detail required Reorganize records per practice and physician policies Answers the telephone, screens calls for physicians, and schedules appointments Strong computer knowledge and skill required and past use of Athena EHR would be preferred Knowledge of medical office policies and procedures required.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures Proactive attitude who works well under pressure Requires excellent time management skills Electronic prior authorization for medication management experience preferred Other duties as assigned Job Type:
