Generating reports each week for training and contest standings Remind individuals (team) weekly of lapse pending accounts Assisting claimants in filing claims via phone Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word Dealing directly with headquarters via phone & email Managing and scheduling open enrollment appointments, sending reminders, and maintaining my calendar Book and confirm travel arrangements, including lodging, flights, rental cars, etc.
Update and maintain contacts and CRM software Create contest flyers and come up with new trip ideas Track & organize all business related expenses Administrative, Monthly:
Creating promotional contest flyers Schedule and plan monthly team building event Run reports to prospects and clients who haven't been communicated to in the past two months Send monthly newsletter to existing accounts Social Media and Marketing:
Proficiency and ability to manage social media accounts on Facebook LinkedIn Instagram Keep an updated list of all log-ins and passwords Requirements:
Proficient using Microsoft Office & Excel Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have minimum of 2 years college experience Ability to multi task and self teach Job Type:
