The responsibilities include managing purchase orders, entering transactions into our internal databases, processing shipping/receiving paperwork and invoicing customers.
Ultimately, you will help our office run smoothly in support of the Shop, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Cash management.
Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
Issue purchase orders and reconcile to shipping/receiving documents.
Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
Skills Relevant experience or education Experience in purchasing and/or shipping and receiving a plus Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Above-average organizational skills Hands-on experience with MS Excel Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
