The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Reception duties.
Provide superior customer service and interactions with tenants and vendors as first point of contact for the business.
Conduct periodic inspections of properties.
Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate maintenance and repair services for properties.
Track and ensure compliance of tenant and vendor certificates of insurance.
Organize and schedule meetings.
Prepare monthly reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree Proficient in MS Office Strong computer skills Ability to work independently and well under pressure Excellent communication and organization skills Independent, self-starter, team player with attention to detail Previous experience in a property management environment helpful (apartment management, self-storage facility management, etc) Job Type:
