The Office of Integrated Performance Management at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) seeks a qualified applicant to provide support for the Public Release Center and serve as an administrative assistant for the Requirements, Documents, and Records Management Services group.
Major Duties/
Responsibilities:
Serve as point-of-contact for the Public Release Center supporting the review of information for public release and fulfilling customer requests.
Assist subject matter experts (SMEs) in the Public Release Center.
Support Privacy Act and Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program (EEOICPA) record requests.
Support outreach with customers by providing public release and information protection resources.
Monitor and route public release requests coming through the technical information officer (TIO) mailbox and from the Solution Center.
Perform other administrative services for Requirements, Documents, and Records Management Services group, including the group leader, as needed.

Basic
Qualifications:
High School diploma with 5-7 years relevant experience or an Associate degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and oral written communication skills to interact with various staff at all levels.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Thorough working knowledge of administrative policies and procedures, and familiarity with or the ability to learn ORNL administrative systems, including SAP, PAS, ORNLBuy, E-Prop, ePlan, UCAMS, TimeTracker, Travel, etc.
Experience with handling sensitive information Security clearance Benefits at ORNL:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
