We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Under limited supervision and acting on own initiative, performs diverse and advanced secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties for mid to senior-level management.
Possesses a thorough and extensive knowledge of office practices and procedures Assigned to one or more senior managers, supporting multiple managers and/or staff on various tasks (e.
g.
, formatting resumes, proposal prep, time-off requests, etc.
) Requires broad working knowledge of departmental and company policies, procedures and programs, and requires experience across multiple organizations and functions Provide support to the preparation of reports and documents (e.
g.
, data collection, presentations, written correspondence, etc.
) Knowledge of video conferencing tools, such as Zoom and MS Teams, and the ability to facilitate virtual meetings and conferences Requirements:
5 years of experience in administrative support positions to executive levels of management.
Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software packages, including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Previous DOE experience preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
