- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans - Assist with behavior management and promote positive discipline techniques - Ensure the well-being and hygiene of children, including diaper changes and potty training - Supervise indoor and outdoor playtime to ensure safety - Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, such as babysitting, nannying, or caregiving - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies - Ability to engage children in educational and recreational activities - Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other staff members - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - High school diploma or equivalent education Benefits include:
