We are eager to find a motivated and caring individual to join our team.
We are looking for someone with great communication skills to represent our company and assist our clients.
Responsibilities Greeting individuals upon arrival and directing their requests to the appropriate staff member.
Collecting and maintaining state-required clinical and non-clinical documentation.
Taking phone calls and directing to correct individual.
Organizing, maintaining and ordering various office supplies.
General office/administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications Must be professional Ability to multi-task is a must Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to adapt to and learn new software Customer service and communication skills are critical.
The right candidate will be interacting with lots of individuals - both internal and external clients and patients.
