As a Handyman / Inspection, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that our facilities are in excellent condition.
If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixing things, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs - You MUST have your own equipment and tools - Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify any maintenance issues - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants - Install or repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques and mobile application - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Good communication skills to interact with staff, tenants, and contractors - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks -We do require general workmen compensation insurance or an exemption, we can help you get it!
