is looking for Underwriting Assistants for our Oak Ridge, TN headquarters.
The Underwriting Assistant supports the underwriting staff by carrying out various support tasks.
Prior insurance experience NOT required.
You can Earn While You Learn! Duties/Responsibilities Issuance of quotes, endorsements, and cancellation notices.
In-bound and outbound calls with agents, clients, and brokers.
Response to submissions, e-mails, messages within timely manner.
Assist business individuals and/or teams responsible for preparing binding documents.
Maintain updated documentation.
Manage and coordinate the filing of documentation as it relates to policies.
Follow up with customers to insure accurate records.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Have strong communication and computer skills.
Must be highly organized, detailed oriented, and have excellent time management skills.

$16 - $18 per hour.
