Tasks include, but are not limited to, mopping floors, wiping down windows, dusting fixtures, and emptying trash.
The Day Porter will also service the parking areas, and restrooms.
During certain seasons, you may need to clear walkways leading up to the building.
Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn and will take pride in keeping the building beautiful, clean, and comfortable for all visitors.
Applicants should have some professional cleaning experience or be familiar with cleaning products and equipment.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of lobby, common areas, and entrances to buildings (inside & out) Spot mop floors and place caution signs Vacuum rugs Keep parking lot clear of leaves & debris.
Wipe down window glass and elevator surfaces.
Dust fixtures, countertops, and other surfaces Replace Lightbulbs.
Service Restrooms.
Various tasks as assigned.
Requirements &
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
Janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License Familiarity with common cleaning supplies and hand tools Physical Stamina Ability to work outdoors.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
