PURPOSE: To lead Quality Management System (QMS) teams that conduct ad hoc analyses and QMS assessments of organizational units. This involves selecting resources from among those who have received QMS training, organizing and directing those matrixed resources, overseeing the QMS team members for the duration of time they are matrixed to the review or assessment, and producing the final report. Serve as the principal liaison with the QA Managers embedded in organizational units, communicating QMS policy, procedures, issues, and action items, among other duties.
EESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Lead and direct Quality Management System (QMS) teams that conduct analyses, assessments, and training activities, which involves managing and directing matrixed resources for the period of the activity and producing the final report .
Serve as a principal member of the QMS team that maintains and promotes ORAU's ISO 9001 certification.
Coordinate liaison, interface, and communications with assessment-trained employees and QA Working Group members to communicate current Office of Quality initiatives, policy, procedures, direction, action items, and lessons learned from QMS activities.
Oversee internal Office of Quality activities, including: liaison with Project Management Office, scheduling initiatives, assigning assessment-trained employees to scheduled assessments or analyses, overseeing compliance and quality of the developed reports and products, and monitoring implementation of recommendations.
Support a comprehensive QA effort by developing, implementing, and maintaining QA tools and resources.
Lead internal improvement teams to perform initial evaluation of improvement suggestions, conduct in-depth risk-based review of feasible suggestions, and ensure implementation of those selected.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with six (6) up to ten (10) years related experience. Must possess knowledge and skills relevant to Quality Assurance (QA) practices such as processes, procedures, systems, planning, execution, and evaluation. Must have a working understanding of government and nongovernment regulations as they relate to quality, security, business, and operational assurance systems, programs, and practices. Excellent writing skills and communication skills, analytical skills and technical editing. Excellent organizational skills at the macro and micro levels. Open to sharing and receiving information, criticism, and suggestions. Willingness and ability to challenge and question current policies and practices. Assertiveness and confidence to share alternative perspectives. Experience in managing projects. Ability to think outside the box and across programs to identify creative solutions. Understanding of ISO 9001 and past experience in implementing the requirements of the standard in the service industry is strongly preferred. Ability to represent the Office of Quality in meetings/conferences. Willingness to periodically work overtime to complete all job assignments within schedule. Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q security clearance.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
