Job Description:
Create and tear down daily multipoint bridge balls.
Link audio conference bridge to video conference bridge.
Manage bridge resources and call capacities.
Manage video conference infrastructure gear and ensure all capabilities are operational.
Provide EMS scheduling support to conference coordinators and VEMS clients.
Provide VTC connectivity technical support to clients attempting to dial on to video conference bridge.
Tier I technical support for all Audio/Visual related issues in 360 ticketing system.
Assist Audio/Visual Technicians with New VTC site certifications and installations.
Provide administrative support to Installation Manager and Audio/Visual Technicians.
Ensure multicast encoder is in good working order.
Ensure broadcast location has good quality audio and video.
Ensure all VTC and front-end Audio/Visual switching equipment is in good working order.
Ensure proper recordings of events are established.
Produce and monitor multicast productions and interfacing with client IT teams.

years of in-depth networking and programming experience with the following technologies: Audio DSPS and control systems, designing/architecting new installations (video teleconference network architecture Or new systems installations, design & build conference rooms).
