We are proud to be entrusted to manage our client's drug and alcohol testing programs in strict compliance with the urinalysis testing procedures and breath alcohol testing procedure as set forth by 49 CFR Parts 40 drug and alcohol testing regulations, 10 CFR 707 and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs. Accurate has a strong mentoring and employee development program in place, for new and existing employees, to ensure all employees meet and exceed their job functions/duties.
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time experienced Program Manager to manage urine drug specimen collections and alcohol testing services for our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing individuals and the program across 2 sites: Oak Ridge, TN and Amarillo, TX. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, including frequent shifting priorities, demands and timelines. We highly encourage nurses, allied health and business professionals with at least 3 years of experience to apply as the skills possessed by these professionals are easily transferrable to the requirements of this position.

Ability to manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, scope and people
Progression of job duties from direct service to leadership and management of projects.
Experience with drug and alcohol testing regulations and procedures a plus
Willingness to obtain drug and alcohol testing training to understand full operations and as a backup for specimen collections
Manage day-to-day client interaction and manages client expectations
Direct work in a program/project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate business solutions
Technically competent with various software programs particularly MS Office Suite
Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
Strong writing and document review as company's policies and operating procedures may require revisions and/or development are necessary
Critical-thinking and ability to create systems and structures such as policies and procedures a strong plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills.
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Customer service skills an asset
Assist with marketing and business development efforts
Strong familiarity with project management strategies and software

Demonstrated experience in personnel management
Must demonstrate an ability to handle conflict resolution

Must be willing to assist with any other duties or responsibilities as required
Training and Education Experience
Must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university; a Master's Degree in related field is preferred
Have at least 3-5 years of clinical experience
Familiarity with the federal government regulatory process
Previous experience with government contracting or managing government programs, a plus
Must be capable of acquiring and maintaining a Q-clearance (e.g. ability to pass a thorough background screen)
Ability to work at least a 40 hour work week and travel as needed to cover responsibilities at Pantex site in Amarillo, TX to effectively manage the site for optimal functioning; typically travel at least 3 days each month to Texas.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
