Accounts Payable Specialist
We are currently looking for an Accounts payable clerk for a client in Oak Ridge. The position would pay 14-15/hr. This position is a temp-to-hire and there are benefits/PTO once hired on!
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with A/P and admin tasks during Deltek GCS to Costpoint conversion
- High volume A/P shop
- A/P entry and payment processing
- Process manual checks for electronic payments
- Assist with filing/file organization (including scanning A/P vouchers)
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist in special handling of items for vendors, when necessary
- Work with purchasing reps (via phone and email) @ other locations
- Set up vendors and their EFT information in the accounting system
- Distribute mail daily
- Willing to make a significant contribution within a highly-focused A/P team
- Must have keen attention to detail
- Various accounting/administrative tasks
- Team environment, everyone will pitch in to help with tasks
- College degree is preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
