General Clerk - Part Time - POS-11151

Summary of Position: The General Clerk will be based in Oak Ridge, TN. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Accept (both inbound and outbound), process (both inbound and outbound) and deliver all mail/packages received at the client site.
Also will be asked to on occasion to do heavy lifting and basic facilities work.
Position will be exposed to upper management for clients thus must be professional and comfortable in dealing with executive level people.
Receive mail/packages and log them packages into Novitex system
Deliver mail/packages, prep/send out mail/packages,
Produce all reprographic requests.
Take direction from site management
Perform other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have general mail (inbound/outbound) knowledge along with the ability to communicate and work as a team.
Must also be able to lift heavy weight (50-75 lbs) when needed.
Previous experience with reprographics required
Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
