Full-Time, 80 Hours per pay period. 1st shift/Day shift.
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Perform diagnostic imaging of patients.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Must be a graduate of an accredited educational program of radiologic technology, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology. Must have knowledge of:
the imaging process; filing and reporting systems; current developments in imaging; hospital functions; and policies, procedures and regulations as they relate to imaging service.
For staff involved in the care of age-specific groups, knowledge of the bio-psychosocial needs of adult, geriatric and pediatric patients is essential. Special knowledge is required in growth and development needs of pediatric/geriatric patients where applicable.
Experience:
Experience in sectional imaging and use of sectional imaging equipment is preferred. Orientation is given to all newly employed personnel, as well as educational preparation for specialty areas.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Must hold current registration as a diagnostic technologist registered in Computed Tomography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Must be currently certified (or scheduled for certification or recertification training according to department guidelines) in the life support program(s) specific to unit(s) worked (CPR, ACLS, NALS).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
