As an Adminstrative Assistant, you will:

Experience performing a range of administrative duties in order to provide an operational environment providing management with effective and efficient administrative support. Examples may include:
1. Use of databases or other software to track information.2. Maintaining a filing and records system both on electronic and hard copy.3. Composing and assembling correspondence.4. Prepare and compile reports, draft email or other materials.5. Preparing travel authorizations and vouchers. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
